Driving Directions to Crisp Point

There are two main trails that get you near the lighthouse plus several that people have used over the years. The fastest is to trailer your snowmobiles down Luce County Road 500 to Little Lake Harbor. Unload there and take County Road 412 about 5 miles or so east (this section of 412 is also a groomed trail). Then turn left still following 412 to the lighthouse. This last section is not groomed although we have tried to get it groomed. There is a lot of traffic on this last section and it gets kind of rough at times.

The other main trail starts from Paradise and runs west to the point where you turn to go to the lighthouse. If someone wants to go there and I am at home I would be glad to take them the way I go. Just let me know beforehand and I will try to arrange it. I mostly go by a route that only locals know of or use.

Current Snow Amounts/Web Cams

Here are two sites that feature regularly updated camera shots in Paradise. The first site has the camera pointing at a measuring stick so you can see the snow depth. It also has other information on the site, such as trail reports. The second site shows Paradise, MI near the local bank.
