Please call or write to: 1.) Luce County Road Commission, Phone: 906-293-5741, 423 West McMillan Ave., Newberry, Michigan 49868, 2.) Luce County Board of Commissioners, 401 W. Harrie St., Newberry, MI 49868. Ask for improvements (such as grading, more gravel, widening, etc.) to Luce County Roads 412 and 500 and for more county road route signs to help people from getting lost. Also, please let them know when they are doing a good job. The Road Commission has done a fantastic job in recent years with grading and adding more gravel. The next time you make the trip out, takes notes on what needs to be done, what was great, and let them know your opinion!
